Retail Supply Chain Automation

The challenge
Ordering, stock, and replenishment decisions are often made in spreadsheets, which leads to empty shelves or excess stock.

What we built
We built a system that automates key parts of the retail supply chain, from demand forecasting to replenishment suggestions.

Planners spend less time in spreadsheets and react faster when demand shifts. The system has been validated in a relevant environment.

Business value

  • Fewer stock-outs and less excess stock
  • Less manual planning work
  • Faster response when demand changes
  • Replenishment based on forecasts

Where else it applies
The same approach transfers to manufacturing, wholesale, food service, and pharmacy. It belongs to our Operations and Route Planning work: vehicles, stock, and production planned around real demand and real risk, not fixed schedules and spreadsheets.
