The challenge
Production lines change all the time, yet most plants still plan those changes on paper and in spreadsheets. Trying a new layout or schedule on the real line costs time and output.
What we built
We built a digital twin: a 3D model of the production environment that mirrors how the line runs, so engineers can see the plant in one place and test changes virtually first.
New layouts, schedules or a machine stop are simulated before anyone touches the real line. The digital twin is in use at the client today and is the base of our 3D engine for simulations.
