Job Market Crawling and Skills Demand Analysis
The challenge
Recruiters and workforce planners need to know which skills employers want, but job ads are spread across hundreds of sites.
What we built
We built a model that collects job listings from the web and uses data science to analyse demand for roles and skills by region and sector.
Planners see which skills are rising, where competitors are hiring, and where training should focus. The model has been demonstrated in a realistic setting and is a strong candidate for a scoped proof of concept.
Business value
- A clear view of skills demand by region and sector
- Better planning for recruitment and training
- Insight into competitors’ hiring trends
- Market data instead of guesswork
Where else it applies
The same approach transfers to education planning, labour market research, and ESG talent analysis. It belongs to our Reputation and Web Intelligence work: what is said and published online, collected and turned into clear signals about reputation, markets, and demand.
Task
Show which skills employers want, across hundreds of job sites.
